This week's featured practitioner has been Bryan Phillips, Ph.D. of Sedona Sacred REST in Sedona AZ.
Bryan
came to the work of healing through vibrational sound therapy after
years as an academic in the field of religious studies. He says it's a
privilege to be able to be a part of another person's awakening to this
and other realized possibilities.
Bryan has been practicing VST
for three years at Sedona Sacred REST, after taking the March 2015 class
in Lincoln NE. He enjoyed the camaraderie with his classmates and
trainers during that class. In addition to VST, his practice offers
Floatation REST, Chamber REST, and guided journeying.
Bryan was a
researcher and practitioner of mantra-based meditation forms for quite
awhile before discovering VST, which began as a curiosity until he
discovered the potency of the method. He knew then that he had to add it
as a modality.
Bryan stays busy at Sedona Sacred REST, while
also taking part in a project with the indigenous Hopi tribe to support
them with self-sustainability. He's also a volunteer at a local animal
rescue.
Thank you Bryan, for sharing your story and practice with us!
